At Aja Takes Action Foundation Inc. (501c3), our mission is to empower, educate, and equip small business owners, youth, and families with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities to take action toward lasting success.

We are committed to creating pathways for entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and community advancement by offering grants, training, mentorship, and holistic support programs.

We believe that real change begins with action—and by taking intentional steps to strengthen local businesses, invest in our youth, and uplift single mothers, we can build stronger, more sustainable communities for generations to come.

Empower Small Businesses
 

• Provide micro-grants, funding guidance, and business training to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and sustain their operations.
   
• Increase access to financial literacy and capital for women- and minority-owned businesses.
   
• Create a resource network of mentors, trainers, and professionals to promote long-term business success.
   

Advance Youth Development & Entrepreneurship
 

• Launch annual summer work programs connecting youth with local businesses for real-world experience.
