Through interactive career development workshops and mentorship sessions, participants gain real-world skills in resume writing, interviewing, professional communication, and workplace etiquette. The program also provides career attire assistance, mock interview training, and practical guidance on how to present oneself with confidence and professionalism in any environment.
By collaborating with local businesses, mentors, and workforce partners, the Workforce Readiness Program bridges the gap between education and employment—offering hands-on learning experiences that prepare youth for both entry-level positions and long-term career growth.
