Youth Development & Entrepreneurship

The youth are our future—and we’re investing in them today.
Our Youth Development Program creates pathways for young people to explore entrepreneurship, develop leadership skills, and gain real-world work experience.

Key initiatives include:

• Summer Work Program – In partnership with local businesses, we provide paid employment and professional development opportunities for youth.
   
• Entrepreneurship Bootcamps – Teaching young people how to turn ideas into income by building their own small ventures.
   
• Mentorship & Leadership Training – Pairing youth with successful business leaders, coaches, and community mentors to build confidence, discipline, and direction.
   

Through these programs, we aim to inspire the next generation of innovators, leaders, and changemakers.
